Bee snooping.

Patience is the key this time of year in beekeeping land. If you disturb the cluster to soon they break up and dont get to keep warm, so it’s difficult to see what the bees are up to. If you put a camera in the hive you only see the bit the camera is pointing at. We have a slight edge at graft with the observation hive and we get to see the outer edge of the hive through the glass front. The bees seem to be doing what they are supposed to be doing at this time of year, and should be getting more lively over the next few weeks as the outside temperatures rise.
